1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Credits & payments

Content generation consumes credits. Credits are purchased via Stripe as a one-time payment and never expire. Rerunning a generation costs the same credits; hard failures are automatically refunded.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, and not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.

4. Generated content

Output is generated by third-party AI models and is provided "as is" without warranty. You are responsible for reviewing and using generated content in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
